Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily social media postings, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and engaging.
- Utilize analytics tools to track key performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Create compelling, high-quality content, including written articles, graphics, and videos, tailored for different social media platforms.
- Engage with our online community through responding to comments, messages, and feedback in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
- Coordinate and oversee social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and performance tracking.
- Conduct social media audits and present reports on campaign performance and audience growth to senior management.
- Assist in the planning and executing of community events, online contests, and promotions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proficient understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of design aesthetics.
